TO THE EDIIOS. Sir, —Wo aro_ getting quite fladh along Cargill road with, our concrete channels, but you should see tho lakes of water on the footpath. It is lower in tho middle than the channel outside, which collects all the water. It is a shame what a mess it is in. About a year after this it will bo asphalted.—l am, etc., Eatei’ayek. ..
