He expects to return to London on Alarch 30, when he will address the House of Commons on the prospects of the Genoa Conference, and will demand a vote of confidence before going. The Liberal papers significantly point out that the " Wee Free" door is wide open for prodigals to return, but suggests that tho party would demand the abolition of the Anti-dumping Bill and! a complete return to Freetrado, together with the reimpositkm. of taxation of land values.— A. and N.Z.
