WELLINGTON, March 18. Tho difficulty regarding the manning of tho Moeraki Inis been settled. Tho seamen, have agreed to sign on on Monday morning, and tho vessel will sail for Sydney that afternoon. Fresh articles are to ho taken ..out, and tho seamen who have .already joined the vessel have signed off. Tho reason given for the settlement is that tho New Zealanders in the Maheno’s crew at Sydney are returning to the Dominion.
