(Received March 18, at 10 a.m.) Cabinet has determined to assert its authority on tho arrival of tho Hobson’s Bay jn Australia, and to insist that the captain shall have absolute control in tho selection of tho crow. If the union attempts to dictate the vessel will he thrown idle.
