Two mem named Digman and Myirea. a ganger and fcttlcr respectively, stepped out of the way of a train at Liverpool and were struck by another train travelling in tho opposite direction. Both were killed.

During tho hearing of Ross’s appeal a new witness for the defence, Mrs M'Kenzie, gave evidence that she saw a man catch hold of a young girl and pull her along Little Collins street. Jbat man was not Ross.
