FALEALILT.—On south coast, about 12 hours by mote boat from Apia; total area, about 635 acres, of which about 200 acres are palms in bearing, remainder being bush. Estate is in three portions—--270 acres at Goa Goa, 200 acres at Mata'a, 130 acres at Viaula. Sixty-four cattle, 6 horses, and a mule now running ore place; trading station, with stores for produce, at Goa Goa are now leased to a trading firm; plantation manager now lives above this store. There are a large number of misses and old trees in the remaining 200 acres. At Avo Ave, on coast, there are about 15 acres of irregular-planted palms, .Forty oattlo, 7 sheep, 5 horses, and 8 mules are on place; it would carry 200 cattle. There are dwelling-house, with outhouses, two labor-housea, and newly erected furnace copra drier. Insurance value buildings, £7OO. No. 10. LATA, SALAILAU, SAVAII.—A trading station at Salailau, on tho coast, in connection with Lata plantation; main building is two-storied, with store rooms ore the ground floor, well fitted up store on first floor, and dwelling portion 03 the second floor. Largo yard, with copra sheds, adjacent to main buifdipg, whole enclosed with post and wire fencing. Insurance value buildings, £BOO. Tenders for leasing this trading station together with the Lata Plantation will bo considered.
