(Received October 15, at 1 p.m.) The Council of tko League of Nations decided that Poland snail receive the southern districts of Pices and the greater part of Rybnik. Germany retains the western districts of Glcavitz, Zaborzo, and the town of Bculhen. Poland receives Konigshutte and tho outskirts of Bout-hen, and tho town and outskirts of Kattowitz, alco tho eastern portion of the districts of Taruowitz mid Lublinitz, the western portion going to Germany, which retains other northern, western, and central districts. —A. and N.Z.
