ADMIRAL BURIED AT SEA

Thb funeral of Admiral-G. C. Penrose Fitzgerald took place under unusual circumstances at Folkestone recently. A motor fishing boat, manned by four fishermen, conveyed the body, sewn up in a blanket and covered with a Union Jack and the admiral’s sword, out to sea tn a point midway between the Last Varno buoy and Folkstono Harbor. There a funeral service was conducted by the Rev. 11. L. Grey, vicar of Christ Church, Folkestone, and the body _ was then committed to the deep. The widow and other members of tho family wore present. Admiral Fitzgerald had expressed a wish to be buried at eca.
