DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. No transactions were hooked at the first call to-day, although there was a fair amount of' quotation. National Banks are a shade easier, with buyers at £5 10s 6d and sellers at £5 13s. For Bank of New Zealand.* 48s 9d was offered, but sellers asked 49s 3d. N.Z. Insurances were wanted at 29s Id. but sellers remain at 29s 6d; and South British were quoted at 35s and 365, buyer and seller respectively. Huddart, Parkers had a 9d margin, 'with buyers at 42e 3d ; and P. and O.s were sought for at £360, with sellers at £555. Buyers of Dominion Rubber advanced to' 12s 3d, but no seller came forward under 15s. N.Z. Rcfrigeratings have improved to buyers at 17s 6d and sellers at 17s 9d, and the paid issue were unobtainable at 31s 6d, N.Z. Drugs continue in good demand, and 56s was offered, but 575" 6d was asked. In mining, Waihis were inquired for at 20s 9d, but .the lowest soilin'* quotation was 225. Mount Byells, Rise and Shines, and Rising Suns were all Bought for, but without attracting any sellers.
