Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, as under ; THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15. For Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji (per north express), at 10.15 a.m. (to connect with the Tofna at Auckland). Late-fee letters at guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, For Australian States, South Africa, Egypt, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straus Settlements, Mediterranean Porta (per north express), at 10.15 a.m., (to connect with the Tahiti at Wellington). Late-feo letters at guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. All parcel mails now close at this office {trice daily only—viz., noon and 4 p.m. F. J. Chisholm, Chief Postmaster.
