Mr Mercer, of the Tim am Aviation Company, is making a Might to Wellington. lie called at the Sockbum aerodrome at 2.50 p.m., replenished his supply of petrol, and then loft for Blenheim, where ho intends to stir, to-night, crossing the strait to-morrow.—Christchurch correspondent.
