Lord Ducie. who last month entered on hia ninety-fiftn year, has been a member of the House of Lords- for sixty-seven years He baa lived in five reigns, from the time of George IV., and has witnessed the introduction of marvels in science and new stages of intellectual advancement over a period nearly reaching a century. Lord Ducie traces his descent from Sir Eoberb Ducie, banker to King Charles 1., and a former Lord Mayor of London.
