Negotiations have concluded by which a powerful American syndicate will champion the claims of the Austrian Archduke Frederick against the various Central European Governments which have sequestrated and confiscated properties estimated to be worth £40,000.000, consisting of land and industrial holdings, including stool works and mines at Teschcn, tho return of which the syndicate is anxious to secure with a view to tho resumption of operations on American linos.—Renter.
