DISPUTE OVER FIRST SHIPPARIS, August 28. Tho Marseilles correspondent of ‘Le Matin’ states that as the Zion, the first vessel of the Zionist merchant marine, was starting for Alexandria tho police commissary handed tho captain a warrant for seizure of the vessel in default of tho payment of the balance of tho ship’s purchase money. The captain insisted on whereupon the commissary had tho engine disabled. .Subsequently the vessel was allowed to proceed.
