The Berlin correspondent of tho ‘ Echo do Paris ’ states that a French Commission is selecting from Germany material carried off from Northern France. The Commission has found up to date 400,000 machines worth £80,000,000, forming 75 per cent, of tho lost machinery.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
