PALI. OF imis DENIED. Press As* eolation—By Telegraph—Copyright, PARIS, February 28. Tho Georgian Government has telegraphed a denial of tho reported fall of Tiflis.—Reuter. CONFLICTING RUMORS. LONDON, February 28. Reports as to tho position at Tiflis are conflicting. The, Georgian Government telegrams state that it has not fallen, while a Constantincipie correspondent states that anarchy and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, duo to Bolshevik agents demoralising the Georgian army, which later melted away, allowing tho Bolshevik army to capture tho town without resistance. Another Bolshevik army is marching upon Batum, *n which a Turkish army is also marching. The Moslem population will certainly (support the latter. —‘Times.’
