PROPERTY SALE. Messrs Park, Reynolds sold by auction to-day the Church Board lease, part allotments 12 and 13, block 1, Caversham East, -with house of four rooms, conveniences, No. 29 Burns street. The property, after good competition, was sold for £635. WOOL SALE REPORT. Messrs Dalgety and Co. report having received the following cable from their head office, dated London, December 13, 1920W00l sales ■ closed ; indifferent selection; market very weak; only about 30 per cent. sold. Prices have declined since the opening. 'Merino wools 10 percent. lower, cross-bred market unchanged.
