METHODIST CHURCH, MORNINGTON

The narcissi show and sale' of work held in Wesley School Hall on Wednesday afternoon and evening was in every way a distinct success. There was a very line display of blooms. Mr Andrew Miller, as judge, was most painstaking and efficient, and his decisions gave great satisfaction. In addition to this, Mr Miller had a splendid display of 50 varieties for exhibition only. Many of these were seedlings of his own raising, and were given to the committee for sal©. Mr Miler was heartily thanked for his kindness and courtesy. Good business was done at the various stalls, and the net result will be about £SO. In the evening there was a very large attendance, and much heartiness and enthusiasm were manifested.
