Sir Arthur Goldfinch (Director of Raw Materials, War Office), fll cabling from London to the Graziers' Association his grateful acknowledgment of the latier's of the Imperial wool contract, adds: '" English administrative charges are less than one-fifth of 1 per cent. The wool sales are a record of economy."
