At the rabbitskin sales there was a poor demand, and an average decline of 50 per cent, compared with the February sales. Best furriers’ sorts. were mostly withdrawn. At the Liverpool wool sales there was a good attendance and keen competition for all sorts. Compared with tho London closing rates, greasy merino, combing, and good scoureds were from par to. 5 per cent, dearor. Average scoureds were unchanged. Greasy cross-hreda were firm, and slipecl scoureds unchanged. Spinners are awaiting the London opening. M heat—Fair business. Australian on passage (six cargoes) are quoted at Sos. Spot quiet. Applications for loans to the amount of £1,555 were received by the trustees of tho Money Club at this week's meeting.
