For the evening service a special invitation is issued to old mends, returned eoldievs, unci working men. the orcncstra will render appropriate music. On Monday evening a festival of music is promised by the Silver Baud, assisted by Miss Atwell (violinist), and (several other friends; while on Tuesday evening the programme is in (ho capable hands of Mr F. G. Gumming. The fruit and produce will b? auctioned on Monday and Tuesday nights by Band-sergeant Ncwall and Mr Churchill. At the Salvation Army Hall, King Edward s!rect,_ South Dunedin, special meetings will |be held, when the members of the corps | and cadet brigades (a company cf young women) will take a prominent part in the afternoon and evening services. The morning meeting, to which Christians and all who ate anxious for t-.e.e higher lifo and experience arc invited, will be conducted by iho corns officer. At 3 p.m. the corps cadets wilt bo to the loro, and suitable addreenes will be given by Sisters X, Poulter and if. Kit'to. At the night meeting a solo will bo given by Cadet- Sam Smith, (from Wellington), and Corps Cadets M. 'Williams, P. Simon, and E. Lunn will render a trio-. Short gospel add retires will be delivered by three of the cadets. At the conclusion of the evening s-ervioo <m appeal will be made for candidates for the Army work. A hearty invitation is extended to all friends to be present at thoso meetings.
