Tho Attorney-General reported to the Department of Justice that he had information shewing that Lenin's Russian Communist International is undertaking to use the railroad strike as a vehicle for the creation of a mass strike- in the United States. The information before the Cabinet disclosed the fact that the Communist Party are financing and otherwise aiding the strike through the agency of the Independent Workers of the World. The evidence justified, tho statement that the-aim is a iusbs strike, to be followed by a revolution.
