Carpenter.—Mr Baron said plaintiff, who was a returned soldier, bought the house in anticipation of marriage, and a notice _ was .served on defendant about the middle ot January for possession. Plaintiff-was married, and being unable to get into his house, and to live with his mother-in-law.—The wife of defendant said in evidence that sho had honestly tried to get another house but was unsuccessful.—His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff, with cost (£1 ll a ) and allowed defendant till May 10 to find another house.
