TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —X should like to ask our City Fathers through your columns why we have not made use of the Water of Leith, as of old, by taking water above the paper mills. Surely this woidd be of great advantage in these times of shortage, as there is a considerable amount of water flowing out to the harbor. If I remember aright, these pipes were taken up; but surely it would not be very difficult to relay them.—l am, etc., More Water.April 14.
