In the Wellington-Hawke’s Bay Colts’ match at Hastings Wellington achieved a win by four runs, with two wickets in hand. Hawke’s Bay made 88 and 100; Wellington 101 and *9l for eight wickets. I he junior representative match between Christchurch and Wellington resulted in a win for Wellington bv 70 runs. The cricket match Wellington v. Hawke’s Bay \ eterans was concluded at Napier yesterday in perfect weather. The wicket was again good, and an interesting game ended in a win for Hawke’s Bey bv 51 runs. The home team in the first innings made 194, and a like score in the second innings._ Wellington made 179 in the first innings and 158 in the second innings.
