THE CRUCIFIXION
The performance of Stainer's ' Cruoifixion' last November by the First Church Choir was' such, an unqualified success that a strong wish was expressed that tho cantata would be repeated in tho near future. The eecond rendition will take p.a-oe in First Church on Monday evening next, under the direction of Mr Victor E. Gahvay, Mus. Ba-c. Tho soloists will be Messrs J. Leech and H. P. Desmoulins. Copies of the words will be provided.
