PLUMBERS' DISPUTE. The Conciliation Council resumed hearing of the plumbers' dispute this afternoon. Mr Douglas intimated that the question of wages would be referred to the Arbitration Court. At the sams time he expressed the opinion that it would be wise if either the Government or the Arbitration Court could devise a method of assisting all workers with families. The question c overtime rates was also referred to the Court. The machinery clauses cr the award were, in the main, agreed to-
