OUTGOING VANCOUVER MAIL.
. A telegram from Auckland states that the mail steamer Niagara, which arrived at the northern port at 6 a.m. to-day from Sydney, is stifi at anchor in the stream. The reason for tho vessel’s detention was not stated in tho massage. The Niagara is timed to sail at 3 p.m. : on Saturday for Suva, Honolulu, and Vancouver.
