The National Merchant Marine Association's Executive Committee suggest that the United States Shipping Board should sell the larger steel vessels to Americans only, and" tile smaller vessels to all nationalities, and that, pending the sale, the vessels should be chartered to American concerns at a favorable rate. The. committee further advocated international co-operation in securing uniformity of sea rates and routes. Router's Telegrams. ROTTERDAM, September 21. (Received September 23, at 9.5 a.m.) A new line, of steamers is opening between an American Pacific port and Europe, touching at Amsterdam. American capital is being used in the enterprise.
