In a letter to -Sir James Allen Mr Blood worth, president of the Federation of Labor, states that the executive agree) with him that the opportune time for an industrial conference has passed, and -that a favorable opportunity will not occur again until alter the General Election, If the Government call a conference on the return of Mr Mnssoy, however, the federation would respond.
