FIRST ANNUAL MEETING. Tho first annual meeting of the Otago Dairy Producers.' Cool Storage Company was held this morning, Mr \\'m. Blnekio (chairman of directors) presiding. There was an attendance of 10 shareholders.

The directors' report stated that the first meeting to consider the question of cheese storage was held on August 4, 1917. The following remit from the Tvaita.ngata Dairy Company was adopted:—"ln consideration of hi* personal interest, work, and fcrosi.u'b'.fc in the interests of the dairy factories, that Mr CI. A. Lamb be personally donated a cheque for 100 guineas."' The following directors were appointed : . Messrs A. Vv. Amos (Momona), S. Bowman (Dimediu), T. Parkei (Stirling), X. Stewart (Waikouaiti).
