Tho New Zealand Rugby- Union will decide which can be invited. THE LEAGUE GAAIE. PLAYERS FOB AUSTRALIA. [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, May 20. The Now Zealand Rugby League team who are to tour Australia are due to sail for Sydney from Auckland to-day week. It is expected that the first match to be plaved will be against New South Wales at "Sydney on Juno 7. The selectors Messrs \V. -S. Brice (Wellington),- W. Wynyard (Auckland), D. Powell (Auckland), and W. Moyle (Canterbury)—have chosen tho following players to take part in tho tour: . Backs.—W. J. Mitchell (Canterbury), P. • APCarthv (Hawke’s Bay), W. Davidson, G. Davidson, K. Ifwerson, A. Matthews, J. Stewart, W,. Walsh, V. CJoko (Auckland), O. Laing (Taranaki), W.', Wilson and G. Bradley (Wellington). Forwards.—J. Rukutai, W. Hadden, ft, Walters, A. Waddell, A. Somers, J Clark (Auckland), H. Tancred and J. darker (Wellington), J. Brown (West Coast), and W. King (Canterbury). Emergencies.—Forwards : .it. Mitcneu, W. Williams (Auckland), E. Ashton (Wellington). Backs: D. APGrcgor (Auckland), W. Warring (Wellington), and A. APClymout (Auckland). G. '(Bradlev will be captain of tho team. Messrs Hoakley and R. Levem, of Auckland, have been appointed managers of the team, which will bo absent in Australia lor probably two months. Members ot the team will assemble in Auckland tomorrow. A trial game against Auckland will be played next Saturday.
