Instead of awarding prizes as a result of last vear's work, tho dux medals won by Dorothv Boyd and Fred WGeorge being cjccptcd, the committee of this school decided to give pupils a picnic. Arrangements culminated in about 000 happy boys ! and girl:-, accompanied by members, of i committee, teachers, and parents leaving j the wharf last Friday morning by the Waiikana for Company Bay, Hinkjey’s Paddock I being their destination.
