At the monthly meeting of the Kaikoiui School Committee the head master reported that the roll number was 582, and the average attendance for the month 555. Since February 78 new pupils were enrolled. The school was established in 1069. It was decided to make inquiry with the view of marking the occasion of the jubilee of the school. Miss Callander, sixth assistant, wrote resigning her position ns from April 30. The resignation was accepted with regret, and it was resolved to place on record the committee’s appreciation of her faithful services for many years, also her many activities in connection with sales of work, concerts, etc., in the interests of the school. The Visiting Committee reported very favorably as to the condition of buildings and grounds. Messrs Scott and Ferry were appointed for the current month. ."SNIFF UP.
