Goldthorpe, to be vie*! of tho parochial district of Milton and Tokomairiro, in succession to the Rev. J. Morland, who resigned the cure in order to take up his residence in Australia; Rev. J. S. Cooper, to be vicar of the parochial district of Taieri and Green Island; the Rev. W. W. Ewart, to he vicar of the parochial district of Tapanui and Clinton; and the Rev. W. Y.
