It w •nnderstood that the preliminary peace terms will he handed to the German delegates early in April. Tba documents -will be formally submitted without any comment being permitted on, their part. They will bo requested to deliver tho terms to the Assembly at Weimar, and ■retrrrn with a reply within 10 days. It is understood that the conference will make it clear that Count Bemstorf? •most not be one of the delegates, as he is "persona non grata." The Council of Ten will not meet again until President Wilson is present. The Greek Commission have reported. It is agreed that Greece acquire the Europeon coastline of Thrace, with the islands off Asia Minor, but not the coastline or tho town of Smvrna. The Belgian Territorial Committee have completed their report. It covers • also the case of SchlcswigHblstein. , _, BREST. March 13. President Wilson has arrived, and has departed for Paris.
