IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED J- that the ANNUAL MEETING of HOUSEHOLDERS for the Election of School Committees will be held on MONDAY, 14th April, at 7.30 p.rn., in the School of each District, except at Tokomairiro, where the Election Is to be hold in the Coronation Hall, and at Port Chalmers, where the Election is to be held in the Town Hall. In every district where the average attendance of the school for the year ended 31st DECEMBER, 1918, has not exceeded 100 children, the. number to be elected as a Committee is FIVE; wher the average attendance has exceeded 100. and has not exceeded 200, the number to be elected is SEVEN; and where the average attendance has exceded 200 tiro number to be elected is NINE. Householders are hereby called upon to send (in writing) to the Chairman of the School Committee of their district, before 8 o’clock p.m. on MONDAY, 7th April, the NAMES of PERSONS' (being resident householders) NOMINATED by them to servo upon the ■ Committee.
