CATTLE TICK
[Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, March 14. At a conference between officers of the Depari-ment of Agriculture and the farmers’ stock auctioneers, it was resolved that the Department be recommended to schedule cattle tick throughout the Dominion; that boards be established in infected districts to deal with the pest locally; and that the Railway Department be notified to prevent infection of animals in trucks.
