TOO MUCH SPARROW
The writer of an avti.’U in the ‘ Yoikshiru Post ' tells some good school stories. Dealing with the correlation of subjects, he explains that, the sparrow lesson is first given, aiter which the children read of a sparrow, they write of a sparrow, they draw of a sparrow, they clay-mod el a sparrow, they have stories of a sparrow; and so on. On Friday, in an interval during these lessons, a boy of five was observed to U.rn round and speak to a girl, whoso face betrayed Iho serious nature of his remark, and aroused the teacher's curiosity. •'Weil, Freddy, what, did you say to J aney's" No answer. “Now, do tell me; what did yon ray No answer.’ So the teacher turned to .Taney with “ What did Freddy say to you just row, Janevh’ '•Plea.sc, uiafain, lie said, 'There's that sparrow coming again!"
