HER DECISION
• » Undoubtedly one of the most, promising of the newer'screen stare is Gloria Swanson, who plays the leading part in the Triangle dramo'Her Decision,' now screening : at the Queen's and King Edward Theatre*. ; Her work shows a definite improvement in each succeeding picture, while she has that elusive thing called personality to a marked degree. J. Barney Sherry play* opposite to her. She is pictured as hi* private secretary, with whom he is deeply in love. She,'however, does not return his affection. Instead, she is engaged to 8 voting man whose faults she fails to realise. The play gives admirable opportunities for emotional acting, and although it treats in parts of an unconventional subject the effect is thoroughly wholesome and delightful, and there is a logical and satisfying conclusion. The- supporting pictures include a Charlie Chaplin comedy and the last number but one of the serial ' Th» Fatal Ring.'
