U.S. REPUBLICANS' ANTAGONIST. NEW YORK, March 8. (Received March 12. at 9.5 a.m.) In opening the Republican Presidential campaign for 1920 at "St. Paul, Minnesota, Mr Hayes, Republican national ■chairman, announced that the Republican policy would be a refusal to accept indefinite internationalism as a substitute for fervent American nationalism.
