OCCUPATION OF AUSTRIA.
LONDON, March 8. (Received March 10, at 12.40 p.m.) A Paris communique states that the Supreme War Council have appointed General Gordon (Britain), General Savy (France), General Treat (United States), and General Serge (Italy) to form a Commission at Laibach (B.W. Austria, 50 miles inland from Trieste).
