MOSGIEL METHODIST CHURCH

SUNDAY SCHOOL FLOWER SHOW. Tho first flower show hold by tho Methodist Sunday School at Alosgiel on Saturday was a pronounced success. The entries wore good, and tho exhibits wore of a high standard. Mr W. 'Turnbull judged tho cooking classes, Mr R. Findlay the vegetable and fruit sections, and Messrs Cousins Bros, the flowers. Tea rooms were under tho care of the ladies, and these were well patronised. Tho success attending tho show should encourage the promoters to enter on even a larger program mo next season.
