Mails dose at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, as under : TO-DAY {FRIDAY). JANUARY 34. For Rarotonga, Tahiti, Canada, America, Continent of Europe, and the United Kingdom via San Francisco (per Moan a,, from Wellington), at midnight. Late fees, at the railway station on January 25, at 7.55 a»mThe 10 p.m. clearance of posting-boxes has been resumed. All mails which formerly closed at 8 p.m. will now close at midnight at the Chief Post Office. The city collection from posting-boxes will bo maintained. No late-fee letters at the Chief Post Office for mails closing at midnight, but letters may be posted at the railway station. Theodore King, Chief Postmaster.
