NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
[Pkb United Press Association.] WELLINGTON. December 21. The Nobel Peace Prize will be awardee 1 on December 10, 1919, and candidates must be nominated by February 1 to the Nobel Committee of the Norwegian Parliament. Institutions or associations are eligible as well as individuals.
