RACING ON WEST COAST. At a conference at Groymouth yesterday of the West Coast Racing and Trotting Clubs, including tho Westport, Reefton, ! and Grey Jockoy Clubs, the Grey Trotting Club, and the West-land! Racing and Trotting Clubs, it was decided '■ j to adhere to tho Christmas and New Year il programmes, provided the embargo on >. sport is,, lifted by tho Minister of Public o lioalth. The Reefton Club will not race 6 on Boxing Day, but will fix a date —prob--0 ably January 10 and 11. ° The Forbury Park Trotting Club yesterday afternoon decided to cancel the'spring |? j meeting and to apply for a permit for An--11 ; niversary Day (March 23). Tho summer e : meeting will be held on January 31 and i February 1, immediately following tho Summer Show of the A. and P. Society.
