BERRY.—In loving remembrance of Rifleman Thoma3 Berry- (Tommy), killed in action somewhere in France on September 30th, 1916, only son of J. B. and the late Elizabeth Berry, Grove street, Musselburgh. He did his duty.—lnserted by his loving father and sisters.
MOCKFORD.—In loving memory of our dearly beloved and only brother, Rifleman Thomas Davis Moekford, who was killed in action in Belgium, September 30th, 1917; aged 21 years. Had -wo have got one last long look Into your loving face, Or had we only got the chance To kneel down in that place, To hold your head, dear Tom, As your life's blood ebbed away, Our heart would not have felt the tears That we have shed to-day.
