(Received September 25, at 8.50 a.m.) The newspapers state that a Ceneral Election in November is unlikely, unless circumstances change in the meantime. Though, the Government never actually decided in favor of a November election, they still consider that there are arguments in favor of holding it. On the other hand, there appears to be a. strong public feeling opposed to tho idea.
