Damages for Assault. —Alfred John Roy (Hr Allan) sued James Hanna for £2 10s, damages sustained in connection with an assault by defendant upon plaintiff, whose tioetb wore' dashed. —Plaintiff, in evidence, eaid tha assault followed some trouble in the 'wnrohouKc at winch both parties were employed. He claimed £1 10s for damage done to his tooth and £1 special damages,—-There was no appearance of the defendant, ,and judgment, was entered against him for til© amount claimed, with costs (11s).
