The monthly meeting of this Forbury School Committee was h?ld 031 Monday night, Mr C. A. Lucas presiding, and the following Eembcrs beinpj nlso present: Messrs H. Tobin, W, Fie-mina, S. Smith. A. A. Uampuou, u. urooKS, a. 11. ii. Poulter. and J. Roberts. The head master reported the average attendance for the past four weeks as undejr : —Week ended June 14, average 685, banner won by Standard VI-, 99.1 per cent. ; June 21, average 680, banner won by Standard IV., 98.3 per cent. ; Juno 28, average 665, banner won by Standard VI., 99.3, per cent'.; July 5, average 675, banner won by Standard IV., 98.7 per cent. The deposits in the savings bank- for the four weeks amounted to £2l 7s Bd, and the withdrawals £l4 15b lOd, leaving a balance in the Post Office, of £167 Is Bd.
